Learn about selected current topics in IT Security in a mixed group of Munich and Cal Poly Students:


  • Relevant Foundations in Computer Networks and Security
  • Current topics in IT Security, e.g.
    • Security in Web Applications
    • Cryptocurrencies and Blockchains
    • Computer Forensics
    • Managing Security and Trust of the Software Network Defined Networks (SDN)
    • Security of SSL/TLS
    • Security in WLANs
    • Cellular Network Security


Monday through Friday (September 3-7 & September 10-14) lectures in the morning, hands-on labs in the afternoon, interesting guest speakers from industry, social program in the evenings and on weekends.



Written exam and poster session at the end of the intensive course. Successful participants will be awarded 5 ECTS (European Credits).
