Aim of study

The aim of the Bachelor’s programme in Computer Science is to qualify students to use scientific knowledge and procedures independently in the professional field of computer science. In particular, it aims to equip students with the ability to analyse complex fields of application and the needs of computer system users, to design, create and implement demand-oriented systems and to integrate these into complex system architectures. The Bachelor’s programme in Computer Science promotes communication skills and co-operative teamwork which are important for professional practice and raises the students' awareness of the responsibility that using computer science resources entails.
