Learn about selected current topics in IT Security in a mixed group of Munich and Cal Poly Students:


  • Relevant Foundations in Computer Networks and Security
  • Current topics in IT Security, e.g.
    • Security in Web Applications
    • Managing the Privacy and Security of Accessing Sensitive eHealth Data
    • Managing Security and Trust of the Software Network Defined Networks (SDN)
    • Security of SSL/TLS
    • Security in WLANs
    • Cellular Network Security


Monday through Friday (June 13-17 & June 20-24) lectures in the morning, hands-on labs in the afternoon, interesting guest speakers from industry, social program in the evenings and on weekends (get togethers, BMW plant visit, Automatica 2016, visit Munich and surroundings).



Written exam and poster session at the end of the intensive course. Successful participants will be awarded 5 ECTS (European Credits).
