Semester
The fall term in Canada lasts from September to December. You will be back on Christmas.
The summer term in Canada lasts from Mai to August.
Who can participate?
Students of "Scientific Computing (Bachelor)" after their 3rd semester
or
Students of "Computer Science (Informatik Bachelor)" after their 3rd semester
or
students of "Business Information Systems and Management (Wirtschaftsinformatik Bachelor)"
preferably after their 4th semester
How to finance the stay abroad?
Tuition fees at MUAS are waived, no tuition fees in Canada
Contact our Office of International Affairs for grants.
Accommodation
Will be provided by the Canadian College: homestay in Vancouver, student residence in Calgary
(Price: about 750 $ = 500 Euro per month, services included)
Visa
We recommend a student visa, although a visa is not necessary if you stay in Canada for less than six months.

Incoming students from Canada
Semester
The winter semester (fall term) starts at Oct 1st and ends at Feb 15st including Christmas break from Dec 23st to Jan 6st and examination period from Jan 25th to Feb 14th.
The summer semester (spring term) starts at March 15th and ends at July 31st including short Easter and Pentecost breaks and examination period fom July 10th to July 31st.

Language skills
In order to fully profit from your stay in Germany you should at least have a basic knowledge of "survival German".
MUAS will offer several free German language courses.
Tuition fees
You pay tuition fees at your home instution, no tuition fees at MUAS.

Accommodation
MUAS will provide rooms in the student residences. (Price: about 250 Euro per month)
